Military Session Fee: $75

Individual Intake Fee: $125

Individual Session Fee: $115

Marriage, Couples, Premarital Intake: $185

Marriage, Couples, Premarital Session Fee: $175

Forms, Documentation, Chart Request: Additional fees apply for  forms, letters, record preparation, and other services completed outside of counseling sessions. Please contact the office for an estimate.

General Sliding Scale:

• Intake fee is + $10 on your rate (rate: $75, intake:$85)

• Up to $40,000: $75
   
• $40,001 – $55,000: $85
   
• $55,001 – $70,000: $95
   
• $70,001 – $85,000: $105
   
• $85,001 – $100,000: $115
   
• $100,001 – $115,000: $125
   
• $115,001 – $130,000: $145
   
• $130,001 – $150,000: $165
   
• $150,001 – $170,000: $185
   
• $170,001 – $190,000: $200
   
• $190,001 – $210,000: $230
   
• Above $210,000: Session rate determined by annual gross income × 0.001
   

Minimum session fee: $75 (unless extenuating circumstances apply)
